Marine Programs Coordinator
Finfun Peters
​Finfun Peters manages the NPTVI Marine Conservation Programme which consists of mooring buoys in sensitive reef sites, in addition to the Territorial Moorings which includes overnight private and commercial mooring buoys. Finfun maintains the GIS data for the marine programme and coordinates all fieldwork transportation for terrestrial staff to the sister islands.

Israel Bahadoor
​Israel Bahador is in charge of the daily operations, maintenance and installation of NPTVI’s mooring buoys across the BVI and patrols NPTVI managed sites. He also facilitates the transportation of NPTVI terrestrial staff and international scientists for fieldwork on the sister islands.
​Marine Parks Warden
Cecil Frazer
​Cecil Fraser ensures that the NPTVI’s fleet of vessels and equipment are well maintained. He also installs moorings for the Marine Conservation Programme across the BVI and patrols NPTVI managed sites. Cecil also facilitates the transportation of NPTVI terrestrial staff and international scientists for fieldwork on the sister islands.

​Kevis Thomas conducts maintenance of the NPTVI mooring buoys and patrols NPTVI managed sites. He facilitates the transportation of NPTVI terrestrial staff and international scientists for fieldwork on the sister islands.
