Justine Callwood is a sixth generation native of Jost Van Dyke. She enjoyed growing up on the island during simpler times prior to modern conveniences, and this experience contributed to her enriched understanding of sustainability and plant medicine.Justine is currently the Director of her family’s business, Foxy’s Tamarind Bar and she is the co-owner of Foxy’s Taboo. She has been actively involved in the Jost Van Dyke Preservation Society since 2012, serving as a volunteer and a Board member.
