​Chairman Clyde Lettsome has a Master’s degree in Policy Studies from the University of New South Wales, Australia and was a senior civil servant with the Virgin Islands Government for 28 years before moving into private industry in 2011, joining Victor International, a premier development company based in North Sound, Virgin Gorda. His in-depth knowledge of the challenges faced by the Virgin Island’s environment date back to his time as the Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Natural Resources and Labour (2008-2011). Clyde is currently the Vice President for Governmental, Community Affairs and Human Resources at Victor International.
